  • Guest：The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had a great view. Comfy beds. Location was awesome; tons of places to eat and shop within walking distance, and close to subways.

  • Guest：I was hoping for something much better. The rooms are so poorly designed and are outdated. Every knob and switch in the room is broken. The light in the bathroom would turn on randomly. The AC vent straddles the curtain and struggle to hold temperature never mind stay silent.The carpet is extremely worn and tired. I stay all over the city and this is the last place I will stay when I come back.
  • Guest：We had a really nice stay here as the location is close to everything the east village has to offer. Lovely staff, downtown artist vibe with small contemporary rooms and panoramic views of the city. (17th floor) Clean and modest yet could use a little update. However, we will definitely come back.
